Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location. International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our hockey apparel and equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get what you need to get back on the ice.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your shipment. All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Goalie Masks
  • Neck Guards & Collars
  • Replacement Cages

These items are excluded due to hygiene considerations and safety certification requirements.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Complete the Returns Form provided by our customer service team.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For international returns (outside the United States), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during the return process. These costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The method of refund will match your original payment method:

Note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your replacement product. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference.
